Subaccount
A subaccount is an isolated client workspace within a multi-tenant agency platform - containing one client's content, settings, voice profile, analytics, and pipeline data, managed separately from all other clients.
Subaccounts are the structural unit of multi-client agency management. Each subaccount maps to one client and contains: their brand voice settings, knowledge base (past posts, style guide, key frameworks), content calendar, lead magnet assets, DM inbox, and analytics. Operations performed in one subaccount are completely isolated from others - no client sees another client's data.
For agency operators, the subaccount model determines how efficiently they can scale. Moving between clients in a well-designed subaccount system takes seconds, with all context (voice, assets, active campaigns) immediately available. Without subaccounts, agencies either manage clients in separate tools (fragmented, expensive) or in a shared workspace (risky, messy).
Creator's subaccount architecture supports the full client lifecycle: onboarding (knowledge base ingestion from LinkedIn profile and past posts), ongoing operations (AI content generation using client-specific voice), delivery (approval workflow, scheduling), and reporting (monthly analytics per subaccount).
