Proof Hooks

Proof hooks lead with a specific result. a revenue number, a growth metric, a before/after stat. to demonstrate that what follows is backed by real outcome.

Tips for using proof hooks

  • 1.The result must be specific. '$10K' is weaker than '$10,400 from one post.'
  • 2.Name the timeframe. 'In 90 days' is far more credible than 'quickly.'
  • 3.The result in the hook must match the content that follows. Bait-and-switch kills trust.
